So the other day a friend came over and accidentally swiped my mailbox with her rear-view mirror, knocking the whole thing off the post. That's the second time this has happened to me (the first was just a really bad snowstorm that knocked it down). So, how did I fix it? By bolting the frakking thing on, that's how!

Well, aside from drowning in schoolwork and distressing over whether or not I'm going to be laid off next month, I've been taking care of myself. Eating better, counting calories, and working out. I purchased a Ukulele a few months back. I really love it, but its too damn small so I ended up buying a really nice tenor uke (but it hasn't actually arrived yet). It seems like a really interesting instrument to use out of context, ie: not singing poppy hawaian tunes. I have been playing Radiohead songs on it, those seem to work really well.
